About the Role
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the company’s end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing manpower planning, overseeing sourcing and selection activities, and ensuring the timely hiring of qualified personnel to support business operations and project requirements.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from manpower planning to onboarding.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing requirements.
• Manage sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, agencies, and referrals.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Manage recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Supervise recruitment team members and external recruitment agencies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of recruitment experience
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial recruitment role
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience in high-volume or project-based recruitment preferred
• Knowledge of recruitment systems and HR practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
