About the Role
The Underwater Inspection Controller (3.4U) is responsible for the planning, coordination, control, and technical assurance of underwater inspection activities conducted using divers and/or remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) in accordance with IMCA guidance, project procedures, and applicable local & international standards.
The role includes ensuring that all underwater inspection operations are safely executed, technically compliant, and effectively documented, with particular focus on asset integrity, data quality, and operational risk management.
Requirements
CSWIP 3.4U Underwater Inspection Controller Certificate
Holder of ROV pilot certificate
Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field
Hold valid certificates issued by the regulating body governing commercial diving in the country
Excellent English language proficiency
Training Requirements: Rigger Basic Level 1, Manual Handling, Basic Safety Training and Sea Survival/ TBOSIET training (preferably Qatar Energy-approved)
