About the Role
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the recruitment, deployment, and ongoing personnel management for ships, vessels, or other maritime operations and the Oil and gas industry.
Manage, track, and oversee recruitment activities such as job posting, application processing, interview scheduling, and document preparation.
Work with HR Manager to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
Perform follow-ups with HR managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and strategy implementation·
Participate in the interview and selection process by making recommendations on candidate suitability for positions·
Build networks to develop a pool of candidates for various functions· Coach HR recruiters by giving feedback, developing plans for employee growth, and documenting performance issues or concerns.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources.
Proven experience in recruitment with at least 2 years in a supervisory or above role·
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills·
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Crewing skills will be an added advantage·
Locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa.
Preference will be given to one who can join immediately.
