We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Supervisor with a strong background in manpower/recruitment agencies to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can oversee hiring strategies, supervise recruitment teams, and ensure efficient talent acquisition to support our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Supervise and mentor recruitment team members
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
• Coordinate with internal departments and clients to understand staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Monitor recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment/HR, including supervisory experience
Proven background in manpower or recruitment agencies
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and local labor laws
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
