About the Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, supplier performance, and timely delivery of goods and services. The role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic sourcing capability, and the ability to manage end-to-end procurement processes in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing, tendering, and supplier selection processes.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive value optimization.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to forecast procurement needs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement procedures.
• Manage risk related to supply chain disruptions and vendor dependencies.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of procurement experience (preferably in construction, marine or oil & gas).

Experience in international sourcing and contract administration.
