Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science / Marine / Civil / Technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Dredging Superintendent on major dredging projects
• Proven ability to develop and execute detailed project work plans and schedules
• Strong leadership in training, supervising, and managing dredge operators and site teams
• Solid experience coordinating marine survey activities and supporting survey operations
• Strong understanding of dredging methodologies, production planning, and site execution control
• Ability to ensure safety, efficiency, and timely delivery of project milestones
