About the Role
Employment Terms & Conditions
1: Working Hours: 10 hours / 28 days per month.
2: Bonuses given to employees with good safety & environment practices.
3: Company provides free tickets at the end of employment period. Initial joining ticket at employees' expense.
4: Company provides free round trip tickets for returning employees after 2 years at employment agreement renewal.
5: Company will provide free accommodation and food or alternative allowances.
6: Company shall provide free workmen's compensation insurance & medical insurance.
7: 180 days of probation period.
8: Annual leave & indemnity as per Qatar labor laws, subject to successful completion of employment term.
9: All the above positions are shore based not offshore; therefore, these positions are not considered seafarers.
10: All marine crew Must have valid Seaman's book & STCW95 training certificates.

Operation & maintenance of 5,000hp cutter suction & dipper dredgers with spud carriage and anchor booms
Planning and project management of major dredging & reclamation works
Beach nourishment operations
Plan & setup full operations including floating pipes & booster pumps
